The Coventry Menopause Project CIC
We understand that menopause doesn't just affect women. It affects partners, families, friendships, workplaces and communities too.
About Us
The Coventry Menopause Project is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to improving access to menopause education and support.
Founded in 2026 by Serena Horton & Mark Flitcroft, TCMP was created in response to the growing number of women struggling to access clear
information and consistent support.
While we are rooted in Coventry, our community is open to all women and their
supporters wherever they are.

Our Mission
At The Coventry Menopause Project, our mission is to transform the menopause experience by making support accessible, inclusive and empowering. We believe every woman deserves to be heard, understood and equipped with the knowledge and confidence to take control of her health and wellbeing. Through education, advocacy, wellbeing and community, we support not only women but also their families, partners, friends, employers and wider communities, helping everyone better understand menopause and the role they can play. Together, we are creating a future where no woman has to navigate menopause alone and where those around her are informed, compassionate and empowered to support her journey.
